These muffins are today’s project. Will make them dairy-free of course, possibly egg-free if I feel up to it, so that the baby can try them.

Article- Just 3 Things Every Expecting Mom Should Do. -
1 - Exciting: starting with a CSA on Monday. It’s like Christmas, where all the presents are delicious, organic, local fruits and veggies!
2 - Dreading: both an upcoming long car trip alone with my car-hating 14 month old, and the realization that in a month I will be back to work after 15 months off with my lovely baby.
3 - I cannot get the Signing Time theme song out of my head. Darn you, Rachel!
4 -I crocheted a bunny for my kid a few months ago, and she has almost completely torn off the arms via her version of playing (which is to grab poor bunny by the arms and shake as hard as possible).
5 -I am not a master at crochet. I do knit reasonably well, but the bunny was my first crochet, and is kinda scary looking at that (sorry for the crummy pic, but it adds to the scary, don’t you think?):
6 -Loving my nook color right now! Haven’t bought any books, either- library and Free Friday books are more than enough right now.
7 - Since Jen (the originator of the QT’s!) asked: Decision Points. It’s the first presidential bio I have read, and it’s pretty fascinating. Yes, I liked him, so I am predisposed to find it interesting, I suppose.
